Shipping Information

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Nigeria.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Verve Culture is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Courier Services

We ship orders using DHL Express and other reputable courier partners for both domestic and international deliveries. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions of the selected courier.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

  • Domestic Shipping (Nigeria):

    • Lagos: 1–2 business days

    • Outside Lagos: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Typically 3–7 business days, depending on destination

      Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • International shipping fees are calculated based on destination country and package weight.

  • Any applicable fuel surcharges or courier adjustments will be included at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us promptly.


Currency & Payment

  • Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for customer convenience.

  • All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) at checkout via Paystack.

  • Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees, which are not controlled by Verve Culture.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns

  • Items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Verve Culture is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned outside the 14-day return window

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; items cannot be reserved.

  • Exchange shipping is provided at no additional cost.

  • If you wish to change to a different style, color, or size not available for exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verve Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
